Limited Warranty covers defects in materials & workmanship or electrical fault under normal use for 2 years from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser (‘warranty period’). If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Limited Warranty period, Applied Microcurrent Technology will either repair the defective unit or exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts.
We understand that damage can happen at any time. This can be frustrating, especially when you have just bought a new unit, therefore we offer a no fuss Swap Out Service. This runs alongside the Limited Warranty. It means if your device is broken, and it is not covered under the Limited Warranty we offer to swap the unit for a brand new one at a vastly reduced price.
